Said Mohammadioun has over 25 years of experience in the computer industry. Until 1995, Said was a vice-president at Lotus Development Corporation, responsible for several product divisions, including word processing, graphics, and advanced spreadsheets.
In 1990, Said sold Samna Corporation, a publicly-held company, to Lotus. He founded Samna in 1982, managed the company's growth in DOS-based word processing, and pioneered the creation of the first Windows-based word processor, Ami Pro.
Prior to founding Samna, Said was the Director of Development for Lanier Business Products' Computer Division.
He holds an MBA degree in Finance from Georgia State University and MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
