J.D. Edwards Selects Synchrologic To Facilitate Mobile Capabilities in CRM 2.0

Latest Customer Relationship Management Software Release Leverages Synchrologic Data Sync for Mobile Sales, Enabling "Offline" Capabilities

ATLANTA AND DENVER, JAN. 28, 2003 - CRM 2.0, launched today by J.D. Edwards & Company (Nasdaq: JDEC), utilizes Synchrologic Data Sync, a component of Synchrologic Mobile Suite.

J.D. Edwards licensed Synchrologic's mobile infrastructure solution to provide comprehensive "offline" support for their latest CRM release. The solution gives field sales personnel access to the same information they would have while connected in the office. This pervasive access to CRM data gives mobile employees the ability to provide increased levels of customer service, improve customer retention, and maximize revenue.
