While my formal education is in business and marketing, becoming a mother led me through a period of burnout that ultimately redirected my life and studies in a profound way. What began as a necessity to survive eventually became a commitment to understand the deeper mechanics of mindset, the nervous system, and human potential.
Although I remain deeply invested in marketing and data-driven strategy, my greatest sense of peace and stability has come not from titles, but from being a lifelong student of spirituality. Studying A Course in Miracles, alongside the work of Joe Dispenza, has reshaped how I relate to success, identity, and fulfillment.
Over the years, my learning journey has expanded to include:
Human Design and Gene Keys
Pranayama breathwork teacher training
Yoga teacher training
Pilates teacher training
Life coach certification
In 2020, I created what would later become The Productivity Agenda—initially as a personal tool to regulate my mindset, stay accountable, and rebuild my life one day at a time. What started as a simple daily practice slowly evolved into a structured system that supported my growth from living paycheck to paycheck to becoming a highly paid marketing manager, ultimately allowing me to design a life in the tropics where I surf daily and work with intention.
Today, The Productivity Agenda is the foundation for building Syncrologic—a platform and embodied space dedicated to supporting others through mindset work and the mind–body connection via breathwork, yoga, and Pilates. Alongside Syncrologic, I am also developing two additional platforms focused on helping people build more aligned, sustainable, and fulfilling lives.
My work bridges strategy and spirituality, discipline and surrender, structure and flow—guiding others to create success that feels as good in the body as it looks on paper.
