A 4-day experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, build confidence, and feel more at ease in yourself. Through daily yoga, pilates, mindful movement, nourishing food, and breathwork, you’ll slow down, tune in, and strengthen trust in your body. With plenty of free time to rest or explore, you’ll leave feeling grounded, energized, and more confident in how you move, feel, and show up in your body.

- Eat in a supportive, flexible way (no dogma, but yes healthy)
